We are excited to announce that we are switching our patient portal to EZY Access on 06/22/2020. Our new portal is very patient friendly and allows easy access to your medical record. Some new features include completing forms prior to your appt to reduce check in time, viewing your balance with a link to pay your balance, requesting an appointment and changing demographic information. Those patients who currently are on the existing patient portal will receive an email with instructions how to transition to the new portal. It is a very easy process to and should take less than 5 minutes. New patients joining the practice will receive a link via email after scheduling their appointment. We hope that you will find this portal more user friendly. Refill requests will still need to go through the pharmacy directly. The portal is not intended for urgent communication. Please call the clinic for any acute issues. The portal is for non urgent communication and responses will be sent within 3- 5 business days.
