We support our patients having access to their health information. Beyond the patient portal, we have also enabled the ability for mobile apps to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. However, we are unaware of any apps that have been configured to connect to our system at this time. Currently, the patient portal is the best option to access information from your medical record.

Dr. Erica Carroll is originally from New Richmond, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing her undergraduate degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology. She then went on to Medical School at New York Medical College, completing her internship and residency at San Antonio Uniformed Service Health Education Consortium with the Air Force.
After completing her residency, Dr. Carroll then moved to Anchorage, Alaska to work as a Staff Internist and Major in the United States Air Force. During her tenure at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, she provided comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, critical care and consultations to approximately 166,000 Department of Defense and Department of Veteran’s Affairs beneficiaries. She also worked as part of a hospitalist group which was instrumental to the facility earning the Air Force Surgeon General’s Hospital of the Year Award for 2013 and was a key leader in creating a new clinic model which became the Air Force’s first Patient Centered Medical Home Internal Medicine Clinic.
When she is not working, Dr. Carroll loves spending time with her daughter. She also enjoys hiking, swimming, BBQs, movies, animals and game nights.
