What is Capital Medical Clinic doing to protect patients who are coming into the clinic?

Safety is our highest priority! We are taking a number of steps to protect our patients and staff. All patients, visitors, and staff are screened before entering the clinic and are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth at all times while in the clinic. This policy is being enforced. Any patient who does not comply will be asked to leave the clinic. This mandate is for the safety of our patients, staff, and physicians.

All staff experiencing any respiratory symptoms are encouraged to stay home until symptoms improve.

After each patient visit and at the end of the day, surfaces in exam rooms and throughout the clinic are being thoroughly cleaned with germicidal disinfectant.

How is the clinic handling social distancing measures?

We are limiting clinic entry to patients only, unless the patient requires physical assistance. Visitors and pharmaceutical representatives are not allowed entry to the clinic at this time. Adjustments have been made to appointment schedules and waiting rooms to ensure proper social distancing recommendations.

Is the clinic screening patients prior to clinic entry?

All patients prior to clinic entry are being screened for temperature and other pertinent symptoms. Currently, we are only seeing well patients in the clinic. Sick visits are conducted via telemedicine. Please see the following screening questions below:
