What is Capital Medical Clinic doing to protect patients who are coming into the clinic?
Safety is our highest priority! We are taking a number of steps to protect our patients, families, physicians, and staff. All patients and visitors (vaccinated and unvaccinated) entering the clinic will be required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth at all times while in the clinic and will be asked a series of screening questions at check-in. Masks with a valve will be prohibited as they only protect the person wearing the mask, not the people around them. A surgical mask will be made available to those patients. Any patient who does not comply will be asked to leave the clinic. Thank you for helping us keep our patients, families, staff, and physicians healthy and safe.
All staff experiencing any respiratory symptoms are encouraged to stay home until symptoms improve.
After each patient visit and at the end of the day, surfaces in exam rooms and throughout the clinic are being thoroughly cleaned with germicidal disinfectant.
We encourage patients to limit the number of family members accompanying them to appointments. Visitors and pharmaceutical representatives will only be allowed entry on a limited basis.
