Dr. Farley was born and raised in Austin. After graduating from St. Stephen’s high school, she left for John Hopkins University, where she earned her degree in Neuroscience. After college, she worked for a year as a home caregiver,  which deepened her passion for medicine and forging meaningful connections with others.

Missing Texas, she returned to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston to earn her medical degree and then completed residency in Internal Medicine at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated from both the Distinctions in Care Transformation Track and Primary Care Track, which honed her interest in evidence-based and preventative medicine.

Dr. Farley is passionate about nutrition and exercise as foundational components of long-term health. She values taking the time to listen closely to her patients and believes strongly in shared decision-making, working collaboratively to create care plans that align with each individual’s goals and values. She is dedicated to building long-term, trusted relationships with her patients.

Beyond work, she enjoys traveling, reading, movies, comedy shows, and musicals. Her favorite place in Austin is Barton Springs, and she finds every opportunity to spend time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
